Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum Services

• Two (2) prenatal in-person visits, active labor and birth in-person support,
• Two (2) post partum in-person visits, bi-weekly check-ins, and unlimited

24/7 on-call text/email support

• Client will have access to Doula 24/7 via on-call support for

pregnancy, labor, birth, and post partum support beginning the date

of this signed Contract through six (6) weeks post partum

• Doula will check-in on Client every 2 weeks from date of this

signed Contract through six (6) weeks post partum

• Doula will provide Client with unlimited access by phone and/or

email for questions and/or check-ins

• Doula will meet with Client in-person to begin to develop

relationship and go over Client’s history and preferences

• Doula will visit Client’s home for an in-depth prenatal visit prior to

36 weeks gestation

• Doula can help guide and inform Client of various options

and help Client develop Client’s birth plan

•  Doula and Client will discuss Client’s preferences to

support Client and Client’s Partner during the birth

experience

• Doula can go over different labor and pushing positions

with Client  (& Partner if present)

• Doula will support Client in person during active labor, birth, and

up to two (2) hours after birth

• Doula can assist Client with baby’s first feed

• Doula will visit Client’s home for two (2) post partum visits. The

first post partum visit will be within one (1) week of delivery, and

the second post partum visit will be within six (6) weeks of

delivery
